1 Housekeeping 保洁
1.1 Maintenance 维护
1.2 All machinery and equipment used must be in a good working order 所有使用的机器设备要有良好的状态。
1.3 Regularly maintained and serviced 定期的维护和保养。
1.4 Must comply with relevant local safety law 必须合乎相关的当地安全法规。
1.5 Cleaning 清洁
1.6 Surfaces to be easily washable/cleanable 表面要容易清理。
1.7 No waste accumulation 垃圾不能堆积。
1.8 Free of odour 不能有臭味。
1.9 Floors and stairs have to be cleaned at least weekly 地板和楼梯必须一周清理一次。
1.10 Walls and ceilings are recommended to be cleaned every 12 months 墙壁和天花板要至少一年清理一次。
